MDL Expands Consultancy Service with Marina Development Advisor

MDL Marina Consultancy is delighted to announce the appointment of a new marina development advisor, Dan Chamberlain.

Dan brings vast experience to the role and his position will play a crucial element of MDL’s consultancy expansion.

Based in Dorset, Dan’s experience within the leisure sector is wide ranging and includes 12 years working in the Middle East, which spanned project managing and operations, related to the start-up of a luxury leisure club amongst other projects and marina & leisure management roles.

Commenting on his experience, Dan said: “Having spent over a decade working in the Middle East, I have accumulated a strong portfolio of leisure resort management and project management experience and have worked with high net worth clients, which I think will readily lend itself to my new position. My time abroad has also given me a unique point of comparison from which to analyse the UK market from – I think this will be vital for growing the commercial offering at MDL Marina Consultancy.”

In his new role, Dan will be responsible for providing market analysis and building marina development strategies for existing and new clients,. On joining MDL Marina Consultancy, Dan said: “MDL is a company with a fantastic reputation and is very much seen as a leader in its sector. What inspired me most is the company’s drive to evolve and grow, and I very much wanted to be part of this momentum.
