HOW WE WORK

As owners, operators and developers of our own marinas, we bring our experience to all our marina and leisure projects, worldwide.

It’s important to us that we fully understand your project, objectives and expected outcomes so we can best support you. We’ll plan an on-site meeting early on in the project so that we can fully understand the site, meet you and discuss your requirements in detail. We’ll then work closely with you to plan, design and develop the right solution for you.

The key stages of our projects are usually:

Stage 1 Site appraisal and feasibility study

Stage 2 Defining business strategy

Stage 3 Develop a master plan

Stage 4 Design and procurement

Stage 5 Construction and commissioning

Stage 6 Setting up and marketing the marina

Stage 7 Marina management

We can provide input at any or all of these stages – we’re happy to come in at the beginning, in the middle, or at the end. By phasing our inputs, your commitment is limited until we all understand the viability of the project, and you can be sure of the results you want.

We’re always happy to talk about any aspect of the marina development process, and meet with clients to discuss a project and to give our initial ideas. There’s no commitment to commission us. Then once we better understand your requirements we can put forward a proposal for our services – often a menu of options for you to choose what you need from us, and when.
