Tom Ward

Marina Manager

Tom took the helm of Northney Marina in the summer of 2023 and has a background in managing health clubs, so is focused on customer service and to build on the thriving social community.

Robert Temple

Assistant Manager

Rob initially joined MDL in 2016 as a Dockmaster at Port Hamble Marina for 5 years, before leaving to help launch a boat club. He returned as Assistant Manager at Northney and Sparkes in 2023. Before joining us, Rob served 24 years in the Army spending many years as a sailing instructor. Outside of work he enjoys playing football, walking and spending time with his family.

Clive Marriott

Marina Operative

Clive has been with MDL since 1997 and can often be found out on the marina towing customer boats and assisting in the boatyard.

Kevin Parham

Marina Operative

Kevin returned to Northney early in 2024 on a casual basis, having been a Night Dockmaster for a couple of years prior. He has over forty years boating experience in the local waters, working as a professional fisherman on two occasions. Kevin also enjoyed a successful career running his own upholstery manufacturing company. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys boat fishing around the Solent.

Tom Nutbrown

Marina Operative

Tom is our most experienced dockmaster having worked at Northney in a variety of roles since 2016. Away from work Tom enjoys militaria and is a keen historian.
