Marina Manager
Shane has worked at Woolverstone since 2002, starting his career operating the water taxi on weekends whilst studying at college, he has carried out varies roles and worked his way up to the position of Marina Manager. Shane’s vast knowledge and experience means he is able to provide a first-class service to all our customers and has a keen eye for detail. When not at work Shane can be found tinkering with cars or game shooting.
Assistant Manager
Adam has worked at Woolverstone Marina since 2014. After obtaining a degree in Water Sports Studies and Management at Southampton Solent University, he started his career as a Sailing and Windsurfing instructor. Adam has had various roles over the years, including working in the Chandlery, the Lodge Park and organising the Boatyard. Adam can be found anywhere in the Marina or the Lodge Park as no two days are the same and is always happy to help.
Lodge Park Supervisor
Adam joined the Woolverstone team as our Lodge Park Supervisor in 2024. With a strong background in customer service from running pubs and restaurants, coupled with living aboard a houseboat, his diverse set of skills put him in good stead to thrive at Woolverstone. In his spare time, he can often be found canoeing, fishing, or sailing.
Marina Operative
Elliot joined the Woolverstone team as a Marina Operative in 2024. He loves meeting new people and spending time in the great outdoors. In his spare time he can often be found hiking, rock climbing and learning about aviation.
Marina Operative
Graham has recently celebrated his 20 years’ service working as a Marina Operative at Woolverstone and is a font of knowledge. He is happy to share his skills and experience with his colleagues and customers alike, providing a very thorough and efficient service to all. Graham is a boatbuilder by trade, but has worked in various industries in the past, including construction and haulage. Graham is a keen sailor and berths his own sailing catamaran at Woolverstone.
Night Marina Operative
Russell joins us as a Night Marina Operative, and although relatively new to the marine industry, he is thoroughly enjoying it and is keen to learn. Russell is ex-military with a strong background in security including door work and close protection. In his spare time, he enjoys venturing off hiking and camping.
Administrator
Tracey joined MDL at the start of 2024 and is the Administrator for both Chatham Maritime Marina and Woolverstone Marina and Lodge Park.
Marina Operative
Trystan initially joined the team in 2022 at the lodge park before returning in 2024 on the marina side. In his spare time, Trystan can be found tinkering with his classic MX-5 or enjoying some well-deserved family time with his children.

Victoria has had a diverse career across the hospitality sector, and enjoys getting to know the customers alongside having a varied role at work. Whilst relatively new to sailing, in her spare time she is working on a big liveaboard project yacht, so is practical and handy if you ever want to chat about boats and DIY.
