Highlights at Saxon Wharf: News and updates for our customers
As the 2024 season draws to a close, it’s been a busy year for the team, even though the weather didn’t quite deliver the summer we’d all hoped for. We hope you still found opportunities to get out on the water and make the most of your boat.
Pontoon Decking Upgrades
In October, we welcomed the Walcon team onsite to begin replacing pontoon decking with non-slip grate panels. The new decking not only looks smart but also enhances safety across the marina.
Welcoming New Team Members
This year brought fresh faces and new energy to our team:
- Lauren McCann joined as Marina Manager in September and has been focusing on raising standards and delivering excellent service.
- Ryan and Jake also came aboard and are already proving to be fantastic additions to the team. They’re busy working through their training programme and have hit the ground running.
Partnering with Oyster Yachts
We’ve continued our close partnership with long-standing tenant Oyster Yachts, carrying out several large and sometimes complex lifts. It’s always a fantastic moment to watch an impressive brand-new Oyster hit the water for the very first time, showcasing the exceptional craftsmanship behind this iconic brand.
Looking Ahead
