Set sail this May with Hamble Point Sailing School’s RYA Practical Courses

Hamble Point Sailing School at our Hamble Point Marina is running an RYA Practical Course from 12th to 16th May 2025, offering both the RYA Day Skipper and RYA Competent Crew courses, depending on experience.

With a maximum of just four participants per course, each student benefits from personal attention and guidance from friendly, professional instructors. The course price includes moorings, fuel, catering, and loan wet weather gear – although hopefully it won’t be needed.

The Competent Crew course is perfect for beginners looking to build confidence and gain a solid foundation in sailing. More information here.

The Day Skipper course is ideal for those with experience who are ready to take the next step and skipper a small yacht in familiar waters by day. Course details can be found here.
